wierd things in canton ohio

I am just writting to warn everyone, this morning my husband was up watching my son while i took a nap when we heard screams down the street all the power went out and the wierd thing is that what ever it was sounded like an explosion or like i duno somthing wierd. well then the funny thing is i went to pay my husbands car insurance and we seen cop cars everywhere. some ppl heard it was a burglry but alot think differnt because all day we have been hearing sirens and wierd screams and crashes we hope its not an outbrake
