So, I've been thinking, and I think i know of a couple of ways to make some awesome home-made weapons out of household objects. The most obvious to me is the Polearm, where you tape a kitchen knife to the end of a durable stick and use it as a long-range melee weapon. I haven't actually tried this yet, but i think it may work. Any other ideas, lets write them down! LOCK AND LOAD, BITCHES!!!

I saw that movie
sharpen pool cues
if you unscrew the pool cue in half, it makes a much more durable club
this is were the anarchy cook book would be handy...
an axe with a chainsaw at the other end.But u might need some duct tape.
A portable flash freezer like the ones they use at the meat packing plants. They freeze shit solid in like 30 seconds. Get a backpack style setup with a hose and go nuts. Then you can thaw the zombies out later when you want a snack. Yum zombys
Let's hope the zombies arent as durable as the Predator, because gary busey achieved a huge fail with this method in Predator 2
Try these threads out for size.

Nature's Perks
Imagination as weapons?
long handled hedge clippers with the pivot in the middle .. split em and sharpen the blades :)~
Here is a weapon that I made that would be perfect for a zombie melee weapon.

Its and axe handle with a survival knife blade and a golf club(for balance and an blunt force backup). Then I made grips for it.

And while this weapon would be more of a one time use weapon, I also have a bola I made. Would be nice if you had to tie up a zombie you were coming upon.

Heres a picture of the spear and one of my kukuris. I would probably carry a kukuri along with me....not the one pictured. I have another that is heavier and thicker(better for skull splitting) and has a new grip I put on over the old which makes it more comfortable to hold....if anyones interested get a pic an post the bola too.

I always thought it'd be awesome to have the heavier kukuri blade on the end of an axe handle. that'd do some serious damage.

looks like a bone dude
When Picking a Melee weapon
1. Has to be easy to carry
2. Has to brake the skull and destroy the brain
3. Has to be strong make sure it doesn't break after prolong use
I'd use a digging Iron with a blade welded on the tip, Maybe a crowbar, or a shovel
