That looks like an Effin toy...
Hey! I am short and my hands are little! I have to use a laptop cos otherwise a regular keyboard is too big. I will NEVER be a piano player, gosh darn it!, And actually, it is about 30 inches long and weights about 7-8 lbs.

I sharpened the double blades and the center point. It could crush into a skull just as easily as a tire iron or crowbar. Perfect size for my semi-elfin stature as I thrust and swing my way out of harms way.

Besides, the question was what do you have in your immediate grasp? I didn't way this is my FT zombie splatterin' gear. I wouldn't be carrying around my antique umbrella collection either as "weapons" per se, but if the pizza boy showed up at my door sans pizza and munchin' on a femur, I'd certainly give him a good poke through the eye with anything I had handy.
metal folding chair
folding knife
bed
tv
computer desk
In arm's reach:
Laptop, fork, glass vase thick enough to crack a skull, a metal pole.

In the same "room" (living room/kitchen/dining room):
A tall floor lamp, piano bench, duct tape, projector tripod, knives, at least three pairs of scissors.

Now, both of those are assuming that the zombie just magically teleported into the second floor of my house, as I am currently facing the only way up.

Much more likely is that a zombie suddenly busts down the door. In that case, I could grab a .22 (rifle or pistol) or a .45 handgun.
