Yeah cuz then it really would be a death star :D
Realistically I'm gonna be heading for the nearest ski resort(there are a few that are relatively close) mountainous terrain and high ground. Once I fortify it I will have lookouts and the advantage of seeing anyone (dead or alive) coming from a ways away, plus plenty of flora and fauna. Spend winters upping the security and turning empty cabins into greenhouses and getting supplies from nearby small communities. Hopefully outbreak happens in summer so I don't have to convince anyone to let me in lol

my custom built zombie-proof house (after I win the Lotery and before the zombocolypse)

first, I would build it in the middle of the woods, preferably a patch of land flanked by hills and creeks

no basement
First floor:

A heavy steel door with a wood facade, heavy bolt locks, one locking in the usual place and the other locking on the other side (where the hinges are), back door will be much the same way... the windows will be no less than 5 ft from ground level, secondarily, and made of bullet-proof security glass, and tinted.

Second Floor:

all the stairs, first of all, will be built in such away that they can be easily collapsed (and easily replaced if necessary). The bedrooms would be here, I would also build a panic room easily accessible from my bedroom and office... It would contain a heavy steel door, as well as enough emergency rations for 5 days and access to the roof, would also contain monitors for viewing outside security feeds

The Roof:

only accessable from panic room, Solar pannels, with the exception of a small greenhouse for growing food. And lastly, I would install an emergency zip line for a quick escape

Outside:

Install door cameras, security cameras on the driveway, motion capture cameras (with a wireless feed to the house) in various positions around the surrounding woods (for both detection of zeds, humans, and edible wildlife)

i would go to a store not a real big one but that has only one door that could be closed and opened when need be because in order to live you need food and drinks and we would have lots of fire power.
