The way i see it....they are already dead. Once my wife, mom, dad, etc. turns...it's over anyway.

Now, if one of them got bitten? I would have to wait until they until they actually transitioned into a zombie. I know there will be alot of people here who will talk big and say that they would just start shooting...BS. This is still their Mom or Dad! I don't know the percentages or numbers regarding transmission of the virus from a zombie bite, but if they were anything short of a 100%, I would wait.
kill them before the virus sets in, before the strokes, the paralyzation, the bowel clearing, vomiting, and all those nasty side effects, let them die peacefully.
Yes, 100% yes. So long as you keep in mind theyre not them anymore...ie trying to eat your flesh and not asking if you want some cookies. Plus people would have to get in their mind that its a kill or be killed situation. Dont get me wrong, it would be such a shitty situation that a loved one had turned but nothing a pitchfork to the noggin couldnt help somewhat.
I think it would depend on how soon after the zombie outbreak occurred.

If it was immediate, I'm not so sure. I think I'd still be in a state of shock.

If I had time to process what happened, and realize it, and know that that particular zombie is in essence no longer my mother, father, etc.....then.....I hope to God, yes.
if iit was my whole effin family reunion id still kill them. but id bury them all, id bury all the zombies i kill.
i have respect for the dead, not the undead(in say they died, woke back up,and came after me)
Yes I could. They aren't a loved one anymore. Now they are a walking biohazard, and I would destroy them without a second's hesitation.
I might be able to if it was an adult. But I can't say that I could if it was my baby girl......
I don't necessarily think you'd have to. You may think I'm crazy, but I know from firsthand personal experience that you actually CAN tame them. And if you're really dedicated, you can actually turn them back after a while. So no, if someone I loved turned or was bitten, I would not murder them. Besides, even if they do bite you, you'd just be the zombie then, and I'd actually kinda like to be a zombie! :P
