Seriously.
We got mad people on here who just happen to zombie obsessed.
If anyone should make a good zombie movie, we're those people.
We won't have to worry about all the bull we usually see.
No running zombies.
No tree virus to start the infection.
No green flesh.
Whose with me?
The "Running Dead" piece always irritated me in the Canadian "Dawn" but, you know what... For the initial outbreak, I liked the idea. What better way to convey to the audience the immediacy of needing a barricade or reinforced bunker for the initial onslaught of the dead- having to repel boarders for hours if not days...
Then, as things peter out, the dead get stiff and slow [perhaps a metaphor to the lulled sense of security for our heroes?] which might lure bands of them out to venture for supplies.
Perhaps a changing of the seasons to suggest that though the dead might be frozen during the winter months- a few years worth of inconsistent foraging now makes it more and more difficult to find food & supplies to keep not only for winter but for the stockaded months when the dead are at their prime...
"What's outside the window" takes on its own character just as easily as the dead...
The point of this website is to make a zombie movie. Use this motivation you have now to make an awesome realistic "my adventure" type of film. post it up, and be a part of the final product.
