Blocking people

Is there a way to block people on here? there are definitely a few people on here I don't want any contact with. People who don't seem to have anything nice or positive to say about anyone. Patrick Decowski, Nick Thompson, and a few others are who I am talking about. Not that it has come to words of argument yet, because I am able to be mature and restrain myself. If anything, this is a very serious period in everyones lives with all of the outbreaks we are experiencing, we don't need the negativity.
