Back up plan, "the just in case" when the crap hits the fan.
In case you notice their is basically no where to go with good protection/supplies. There is though, simple places too. For instance I am in NE PA and I found and army depot 10 miles away from me. I don't want to stay in the barracks, just for the simple fact that it has to many opening and narrow hallways. Find State Prisons they usually stock pile food for at least three months, if the outbreak hit you before this "Dead line" DON'T GO THERE. Oil Rigs if you live and can see them off coast. But don't swim because even though those things are dead they can wonder off into the water then grab at you kicking legs just to pull you under for their feast. Get a boat something to make you stay a float. I found out that these things can stay under water for weeks and then come up out of no where. If you can't find any of these buildings near you and you are being surrounded by the undead. Run away to the country side, not a lot of population out here to become an official member of the flesh eating society. If you can find materials near you and build your self a wall at least as a last protection. Dig ditches at least 8 feet deep, found out that they can't jump. If you feel like this is going to waste so much energy, then don't do it because you don't have the enough energy to be wasting digging or building. Just try and hot wire cars (Easy pry off the underneath part of the steering wheel. There should be 5 wires, Red positive Black Negative, White ground and two other colors. The two other colors are for the horn. The Red wire fray the plastic and do the same with the black one. Now rub them together until the engine turns. now tape them together to run it.) Or you could easily have a hammer and a flat head screw driver, hit the flat head into the ignition and twist.

yeah when shit hits the fan i got a plan of my own. what id do is run myself to a army base and volunteer myself for duty IMO...

With a level 4 outbreak, all these 'safe areas' set up by the government will be overrun. You're best of getting away from any large build up of humans and ride out the first 48 hours.

Yes, I agree completely with your comment. This an East coast plan, If you live in mid-west your better off finding a secure missile silo with a stream or a well near it. Most of the major underground bases with be so fortified that you won't be able to step near it with out your head landing on the ground besides your body. When you do find a secure silo your best thing is to find solar panels and lights. These simple things are just to grow food. If you live in a foreign county such as Denmark, Slovakia, or Romania. These countries have castles and Gothic cathedrals. Those are also best to secure, considering the fact that old pews are made from hard woods, and castles usually have a basic heavy door. I am just writing this to protect mankind, if you have a better plan for your area, of course follow it. But if your plan fails, these are a couple of ideas.
