The best place to be during an outbreak?

On the roam with room to run.
If you stick to one place you can get trapped, you can run out of food, turn on the people you're with.

but you dont know if the zombies get clever or mutate in some climb creature like "i am leyend" its weird but it doesnt mean it wont happen

... I am legend: are vampires. but still I'm going with the brooks zombie, because for all we know it can be l4d style, Re(not zombies but eh), Romero, STD, or any others thought.

military bases are the first ones to fall, they have a lot of humans. A lot of weapons but they are easily to find and all the zombie people would gather around them

By far the safest place to be would be an oil fig. They are isolated from land, zombies can't swim or climb, and if no new people are allowed then theres no way the zomies can get you.

Fortify my attic. I have plenty of room for provisions. i can fond some good armor nearby, and I have a good old 1890 .22 rifle for targets.

the army reserve or a "smart" hospital (one thad doesn't let infected iin, I imagine that there would be one or two)
