This is gonna sound weird since I can't give any details but, an armored car company building. No windows, 2 doors at each entrance (called a man trap), plenty of guns and ammo, armored vehicles in case you need to journey out. It doesn't get better than that.

The only problem would be a lack of exits in case you get over-run. You could hide out in the trucks, but there's no guarantee you'd be able to get out of the building in that.

Thats right dude hit the read and dont stop, only for supplies and gather things , if you find an empty place use it for a couple of days dont atracct humans or zeds..

At the top of a tall hill with tons of ammo, a case of beer, and Appetite for Destruction blaring over the countryside, drawing out all the zeds for some big time target practice!
