their is only one reasonable type of zombie that could survive having its head blown off. and that's one that was reanimated using nanomachines. micro robots that enter a cadaver and force it to move with out actually reviving it. kinda like a puppet having its string pulled. now in order for such small machines to perform high functions they must have a hive mind. each singular nanomachine is like a brain cells and only together can they function. and they would probably do so on a WiFi like network so even if you blow off a limb or the zombies head it will sill keep moving because the nano machines instead those severed body parts would keep functioning if you chop off an arm it may even still try to come after you. what would be really scary is if the nanomachines could repair their host body. stitching the zombie back together using either its original severed parts or new parts form its victims. they its completely unstoppable. unless you reduce both the zombie and nanomachines to ash. iv'e said this many times before but if were ever going to see a true undead zombie its going to be through the use of unregulated nanomachine technology. nanomachines the next big step in human evolution, or its destruction.

A zombie's head is always its weak point, unless there is a brain up its ass that needs to be destroyed.

Technically yes but the most likely way to cause a Z-poc is a virus that infects peoples brain. Technically they are just "sick" and can die like a normal person because their organs and vital points still work. So yes it is a weakspot but not the only one.

I was thinking undead zombies, but yeah, the living zombies would have the same weak points as a normal human.

Couldn't agree more, if we are talking about bipedal zombies taking out the legs would be best although the head is the focus point. Head shots are not easy unless you have had numerous hours of training but even then its not the same, just try to double tap a a stationary target. Take out the legs and then you have plenty of time for a secondary shot or bash with a weapon.
