Who here has actually used their weapon of choice?
Some people say things like Desert Eagles, Katanas, AK-47s, SPAS-12s, etc. when prompted for their weapon of choice, which chances are, they haven't actually used them. Mine's just a simple Ruger 10/.22 + red dot sight, which I have shot many times and qualified for Junior NRA at a perfect score with. So what's your weapon of choice (that you actually have access to!), and how experienced are you with it?

Suprisingly, a Katana. My best friend is a 3rd Degree Blackbelt, and we agreed that the first thing we'll do in a zombie apocalypse is head to his Master's house, bring him to the Dojo, and take all 25 full-length Katanas with us to use my zombie plan. I am not experienced with these types of swords, but I could learn considering I've fenced before... My friend is pretty experienced using training swords, and the Master could probably take on a whole mob by himself.

I am well-experienced with my pickaxe and crowbar. My katana, not so much, but it doesn't take experience to kill a zombie, only a swift blow through the head.

Mine is a machete and yes, I have used it extensively. Just to clear brush, mind you, but it has got a lot of use.

I own two shotguns, both only hold three rounds each.
Mosin 44 carbine
Enfield mk4 no1
Henry .22
a Hawkin rifle (in parts right now, getting the trigger's fixed)
.22 revolver (broken hammer currently)
a matching pair of .44 cal navy revolvers.
others in the house are a .30-06 bolt rifle, and a marlin .22
all not including the hawkin, Ive shot in past, and i only have rounds for the shottys, Enfield, henry, the marlin, .30-06, and the navy's (powder, ball, caps, every thing).
I'm also familiar with various types of guns from all the eras. just haven't shot half of them, as yet.

Depending on where I am at the time, I have access to an M16A1, M4carbine, 9mm Beretta, and a half dozen swords. I have used every one of them, as I'm in the military.
I have also fired an automatic 12g shotgun, ak47, and desert eagle.

Both the Ruger P82, Glock Mod 26 and AR 15 we have here at the house. I've shot all three of them and am more than proficient with each. That and well, I can handle a chainsaw and shot gun like Mister Bruce Campbell.
