a human sub the skin is the breading and fill it with whatever you like eyes nose ears but all inner organs should be there it tastes better. or you can nibble on some toes or finger with sum salt

I like to start with the head because those brains are too good to save for last. and then those spagetti-like orgins are 2nd to me oooo those are delictious and then the reast follows.
