Apartment Complex, Friend or Foe ??¿
My Apartment is 3 bedrooms and has its own set of stairs, easily torn down. lots of empty apartments to raid for supplies. But the obvious down side, The hundreds and hundreds of people living there.

most complexes are multiple buildings. a few months back a building caught fire here at my complex and the entire building went down but the surrounding buildings were okay.

see wherre i live South Houston/Galveston, the beach houses are not like a tourist area so they are a more private thing. We rented one last summer and it had its own generator and was 5 bedrooms. all you would need was a way to convert salt water to fresh water. and if you have 2 people to stand guard you could set a few trot lines and leave them over night and have fresh seafood in the morning. i think its a great idea

This really all depends on how bad the outbreak is, how big the apartments are and what kind of neighborhood they're located in.
I really think that if it's a low level outbreak and your aparement is fenced in, you could have a safety fortress for months... That is.. as long as your neighbors cooperate.
