yeah, the sad thing is, they probably could sue whomever owns the wall... like the burgler who sued the victim for falling through a skylight onto some kitchen knives... or the person who sued McDonalds because she spilled HOT COFFEE on her lap

oh how hemorrhoid cream has to have a label stating "for external use only", suppositories have to state "do not take orally", worm medicine for dogs/cats say "not for human consumption"....
