The Hadrom Collider is that the one that supposedly during testing accidently sent a group of scientests into a rock or something. My boyfriend and I listen to a lot of coast to coast and that was one of things they talked about. Apparently they had made this group of people in a care disapear and then it made them reappear inside a large rock....which would suck for those people....That is a really awesome theory! Very awesome and creative... probably the best I have heard. I wish I could get more people to post on this puppy!

My favorite theory about if that happens that time will be affected so it will seem like everything is being ripped apart slowly.

The drugs mentioned in the timeline that were supposed to combat the Campion Virus caused the virus to mutate, which is why the zombies came out of northern california where the drug tests were being conducted instead of everywhere.

It started in China a few years ago when an incompetent scientist accidentally let the H1N1 virus out of its nasty little box.  They had revived it from the corpses of people that had died of it in 1918 and were experimenting with it to find a vaccine for it.  Though it was by accident, humanity was unable to clamp down on it and now it is rampant in the U.S. and Canada.  It mutated due to peoples' seeming inability to take antibiotics for their full course and made it much more resistant.  When a rabid dog caught it it joined to make a super virus that was now airborne and could spread to other species, such as man.  Needless to say the dog bit someone in Topeka, Kansas before it was showing symptoms.  That person then climbed onto a commuter jet and flew to New Jersey.  On his vacation, despite feeling a little oogie, he partied, went to restaurants, clubs, and sporting events.  There is evidence that he went to a Nick's game.  He thus infected thousands.  After a week of vacation he decided to travel home because he wasn't feeling well and stopped off for a twelve hour layover in Chicago, where he infected people in the Airport, the cabbie that drove him to a hotel and half of the hotel staff.  Once home he infected every person on his flight and started getting odd nervous ticks.  When he reached his residence because by now he was burning with fever and couldn't think straight.  His mother was infected when he scratched her when she brought him soup.  She called 911 and had him taken into protective custody where he attacked both the paramedics and police attempting to restrain him.  His mother worked in a customer service call center and within a few days infected everyone there.  After that it spread like wildfire.
