I would have to say that demons are my favorite, especially the ones that manifest as something benign, like how Pennywise would make himself look like a clown (not that I understand how ANY clown could be endearing to anyone except another clown). I also don't know for sure that Pennywise was a demon, but I am thinking he was (is?).

Blobs and slugs are pretty scary because you end up drowning in their blobby mucus. Also, anything with rubbery penis fingers.

ZOMBIES are my favorite especialy the Romero Variety. I would put the Munchies as a close second and Alice as the third and we all know why. (yes she is a beast mutated from the t virus)I am with Josh on the Clowns, even the good kind I just plane hate them!
