Head in the cooler...

I used to think about this and I'd like to know what you guys think.
In DOTD '04 at the end how do you think that head got in the cooler on the boat?
Just whatever you think.

simple that boat from the ocean was the people going to the island and their friend was infected so they cut his head off and put it in there

cold have been put there by other people that used to be on the boat but what happened to the other people if there was other people
