I really enjoyed Zombie Survial Guide. It needs to be moved from the comidy section but some people just do get it. Max Brooks wrote that book as real and hardcore as he could. Thats my favorite book.

I found "Dying to Live: Life Sentence" by Kim Paffenroth to be a fascinating book. In my opinion, it ended too soon.
I stumbled across the ZSG by casuality and I bought it right away.
Now I know my house can be considered a good shelter in case Zeds attack.
I found WWZ by accident too and I could not leave it on the shelf.
I love Brooks' style, his books are awesome.
If anyone will survive the zombie apocalypse, it will be him and those in his group.

I like "The Enemy" series by Charlie Higson. He has 3 books. The enemy, the dead, and the fear. all about zombies but the virus only effects people 16 and up so its kids vs adult zombies

i personally liked Death Trooper, its set in the Star Wars universe and its got a very interesting take on the zedaplague....

I just finished the As the world dies trilogy by Rhiannon Frater and they were great stories, I really got into the characters. A big favourite of mine is Warm Bodies by Isaac Marion I just love that book.

i did really enjoy the zombie survival guide aswell. however a book by max brooks i think you should look into is world war z. that is my favorite book

World War Z, ZSG was great, I hear Brooks is still coming out with more, recently a comic strip type he wrote depicted actual incidents

World War Z, and most recently, Dead Inside: Do Not Enter. I know that sounds cheesy because I'm on the Lost Zombies' site, but really, it is fantastic.
