-Outbreak- WorldWide [Group Recruitment]
)( This is called OOC, or out of character. If you are farmiliar with roleplaying, then you know what this is. Anyway, this topic is for my group, "-Outbreak- WorldWide", and it's purpose is to attract new members. Now, the group is still being approved, so I cannot edit any of the information yet. It will mainly be used for RPing, and only ADVANCED RPing. So, keep that in mind before you post. DO NOT post unless you wish to join the outbreak. Thank you. )(
The World is gone...
No one knew how it happened. It just did. People started to get sick, and none of the local doctors could do anything about it. The "disease" as some people called it, started in a small town called Bethlehem, which was located in Upstate New York. The Government was slow to respond, and when they arrived in the small town, it seemed as if everyone had just up and left. But when they went in to investigate, their men started dying... And they realized just what was going on. The world was coming to an end, and there was nothing they could do about it.
Weeks later, the government was waging war. With what... They didn't exactly know. The people in the small town had all been changed, their DNA completely wiped clean. The scientists working on the case decided that a "Virus" had changed them. A document written in the heat of the moment concluded that once contracted, the "Virus" would travel through the bloodstream, attaching to cells on its way. From there, it would mutate and change the cells, deeming the host physically "dead", but still able to function. The brain would literally turn off, leaving the host in a mindless state. Somehow, the host would obtain a strange hunger for flesh and blood, and their "Walking dead" phase would begin. Everyone was baffled by the news. Of course, nobody would be around to be baffled for much longer.
Approximately a month and a half later, the virus had headed straight across the United states, infecting South America, as well as Europe and Asia. Almost the entire globe was in turmoil, and nobody could do anything but fight for their lives. The walking dead tore through entire populations, infecting other healthy hosts with their infectious bites. Even animals could contract the mysterious virus, making all the more room for death and destruction. Soon, all but around ten thousand people were still alive in the entire world, and the future looked grim for them all.
Who are you in the midst of all this death and carnage? What do you stand for? Will you be there to take a stand, and fight to re-claim the world?

Appearance: 5' 11', 250 before the outbreak,205 post outbreak. I've been rationing my food to make it last longer. I have have hazel eyes and and brown hair. I was always clean shaven and my hair short, but after the outbreak all that became unimportant, my hair is has grow out and I only shave if I have the time, which isn't very often.

Occupation: I use to do construction work before the outbreak, but now i spend my time just trying to survive and figuring out a way to take back the world form the mindless zombies that now dominate it.
Likes: Reading, Writing, Playing video games, Football, Playing paintball, Listening to music, and Killing the undead.
Dislikes: Watching sports ( i would rather just play them ), People who think that they are gods gift to the world, and The undead.

Armor: I am wearing full camo outfit that I use in paintball, combat boots and gloves, paintball mask with a bandana over the my mouth to keep blood out of my mouth and eyes, and a set of knee and elbow pads.
Weapons: 9mm with about 100 rounds, 12Ga. shotgun with 20 shells, a crowbar, and my trusted machete.
Items: A large backpack filled with about 2 weeks worth of food and two jugs of water, first aid kit, change of clothes, backpack rated to 0 degrees,and a ten speed bike.

Appearance: 6 foot- 245 lbs at the beginning of the outbreak, around 225 now. Have started to run out of food and other supplies so I am going to have to head out from my hideout-if you want to call it that. Wearing a black vest with a white long-sleeve shirt underneath. Always had short black hair, but it has been growing recently, not much, but doesn’t matter as I usually have a black NY Yankees cap on. For the lower body, woodland camo pants and a pair of running sneakers.

Occupation: Have just recently(before outbreak) completed training to become infantry for the local militia of my small hometown.
Likes: video games/guns/saving humanity from the undead.
Dislikes: first and foremost, the undead. That’s about all.

Armor: knee and elbow pads, and a bullet proof vest under my clothes, just in case.
Weapons: Desert Eagle, Revolver, MP5, M4 Carbine Assualt rifle, aluminum baseball bat.

Appearance:5' 12, I weighed 260lbs before the outbreak, now because of weight loss and rationing I am 210lbs. I have dark brown eyes and dark brown hair, my hair is long and matted, I have not managed to shower in weeks. I have a matted, sweaty beard. I wear a long sleaved shirt, it has been ripped and has plenty of holes in it. I wear camoflaged cargo pants, cycling gloves, a blue woolen hat and red vans. I often wear a bergen and police issue webbing. (Scottish police) I also wear a bandana or cloth around my mouth, incase blood gets in my mouth.

Occupation: Before the outbreak I was an engineer, and a part time paintballer. I used to go shooting with my sister and dad, we wen to a shooting range. I started when I was 16, I went shooting every 3 or 4 weeks, My sister used to take me, as she is in the police. Right now I am part of a special group called the TUROK.
Likes: Camping, telling tales, paintball, weapins, reading, sports, music and playing games.
Dislikes: People who think they are all that, people who think they are hard and the undead.

Armour: Bullet proof vest- police issue, DPM camo, a bandana over my mouth. I have a bergen and some webbing, and extra pockets. I have clothes and ammo in my bergen.
Weapons: I have a MP5, SA80, a Remington shotgun, a M1911.45 and I have a katana and a sheath.
Items: A compass, maps of Edinburgh, gas mask, walkie talikes and batteries, headphones, mobile, binoculars, ID, a change of clothes, a first aid kit and 2 weeks worth of food and water, (I use a canteen to carry water) and the food is in packets and tins.
