how do you think an outbrake will happen
im almost positive that the government is working on a reanimation virus for bio weaponry or sum shit like that already there is a team based here in Canada named endless looking into the salvation of humanity from the end

ignorance and greed of humans will cause an outbreak .. people dabbling in things they know nothing about .. they might think that what they`re doing is for the good of humanity , but boy will they be wrong .. one wrong move trying to cure aids or some such virus will result in most of the population feasting on the rest .. i`m not saying people should`nt try to find cures to terrible illness`s but for christ sake be careful . people are clumsy test tubes get broken virus`s get spread and the dead will walk .. see you at dinner ........ :)~

Chemical and Biological weapons research, all nations are always trying to find out the best way to kill other people, weather it be the US and its allies, China and theirs, Russia, Iran, etc
In saying this, i am not saying America (or any of the other powers listed are inherently evil, although personally I believe some are) i'm just saying that its part of the game... slowly sawing upon the thread of the sword of Damocles that President Kennidy spoke about when the threat was different.
