left overs or fresh meat? (an interesting zombie behavior question)

while watching a video of zombies eating some guy on the side of the road (sucks for him) a car drove by and the zombies stopped eating to look at the car, so i began to think.

the thought that went through my mind was, "if a group of zombies were in mid feast and you approached them would they forget about the food and attack you or not even notice you and continue to eat?"

now its not argued at all that zombies have a one track mind, the question is, which track does that mind take?

(ill give my opinion after i hear a few of yours)
