my money is on Fett, but to be honest, lets not forget about Papa Smurf. He raised a hundred little blue monsters for nearly 400 years, so I wouldn't count him out.

Out of the list you give I'm gonna answer with Boba Fett. He was great in The Empire Strikes Back! And he'd get reinforcement from The Empire too.
(P.S. Boba Fett DIDN'T die. The sarlaac spit him up and he was found by another bounty hunter. Read The Guide to the Star Wars Universe, all the information is confirmed by George Lucas.)
