Once Bitten...

In the event that any of you become infected, how would you handle the situation? How long would you wait to tell someone, would you tell? Would you...eh...well, handle the situation yourself? Would you infect someone else?

In the even that i was infected i would grab a granade and walk into a room, park, building or where ever else tons of zombies might be hanging out and BANG! I mean the human race is trying to survive! I'd rather die a hero and take some of them to hell with me than be a brainless human flesh eater.

You should have a few hours to a few days until you succumb to the virus.
If your team is in danger fight till the danger is past.
If your team is not in danger then you won't need to commit suicide, one of them will "take care" of you. That way your life insurance policy will still pay off. :)

I wouldn't tell anyone, I would infect the rest of the world. Those who survive. Most likely it was Gods, will for mankind to die, otherwise God would not have released this curse on mankind. lol

Suicide, and here's why. I am infected. I'm going to die. I'm no use anymore to the good of the group. I can shoot for as long as I'm alive, but I use a handgun. Someone can takeover easily. I'm no specialist in big guns. I don't want to burden anyone with my murder on their hands. That causes low morale, depreciation in value as a defender of the group, etc. A note explaining what has happened is necessary. That will be the hard part. Saying good-bye. I'd use my gun to do it. One bullet slanted through the brain. Neutralized. By this point, I'll have lost my faith so that's no problem. Besides, Hell has all the fun people, anyway. For me and for the group, suicide would be the best bet.

And if someone else in my group was infected, I'd shoot them. I will do what is good for my group. It will chip away at my sanity. But someone has to do it, and why not the handgun guy? Not much of an asset, afterall.
