It was all bad acting, quality, story and the sfx were recockulous they were eating at someones guts and they were pulling bits of shirt covered in blood to eat and you could hella see the actors stomach un scathed and he was screaming bloody hell
and While were at it why don't we ask the most disgusting and stomach turning Zombie movie of all time?
Though it might not of been meant per say as a Zombie Flick. Bone Sickness is one of the most gruesome movies I ever laid eyes on and I love gore. It's 104 min of gore gag after gore gag.

i saw this one were these pot heads acedently recked into a truck caring mutant cockroaches and the roaches got into the weed the stoners had then some guy found it went to a strip club smoked it turned into a zombie and so went a strippers vs the undead thing until one of the stripers went nuts and blew up the strip club- it reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeely sucked but thier were strippers so...
