Haiti with puffa fish toxin?? o.00

yea i was thinking about something similar like getting zombie blood and odor all over you to smell like one of them
Zombies have the famous limp that makes them stand out, however, people have tried to move safely through an infested area by adopting a shambling, awkward limp, to date, none were succsesful. The undead are able to smell a human on the wind, and there is an astronomical difference between the smell of rotting flesh and fresh flesh, that is one way. Also, humans are not made to walk like that for long periods time, anybody who's broken a leg will say it gets uncomfortable to limp after a while, so trying to traverse a long distance limping will be close to impossible. Third is sight, the average zombie looks like a man who was mauled by a bear, buried for several weeks, then revieved VS. a human who is normally clean and well dressed. A zombie knows what a zombie looks like, and knows what a human looks like, and can tell the difference between the two.
Covering yourself in zombie gore to mask your scent might work. However, don't forget that the zombie virus appears to blood born. You run the risk of infecting yourself.
bit if you faked the zombie state an could distill the essence of zombie gore it may be possible
that makes sense, because puffer fish toxin can cause a near comatose state...lowering vital signs to the point that trained medical professionals can sometimes declare someone dead

so it may work, and if it dosent, you'll never know about it.
I can't say if it'd work or not. In every zombie movie I've ever seen (except Shaun of the Dead) acting like a zombie was pointless. Zombies can tell a living person from a dead person 100% of the time. How they do this is unknown (speculation runs from scent, living moving differently from the dead, to some sort of extrasensory ability humans don't possess) but in every situation they just knew and couldn't be fooled.
we need to study how zombies react to things and mayeb come up with some scientific knwoledge of what their basic intelligence levels are
The most logical conclusion is that the zombie is not burdened by the normal filters a human imposes on their senses. Zombies don't have any extra sensory powers, they're just more attuned to them because they don't think about it. They receive input, they react.
As for distilling zombie gore, now you're talking about concentrated infectious material. All you would succeed in doing is weaponizing zombie gore.
