Diary of the Dead
Has anyone seen Romero's "Diary of the Dead"? I'm getting ready to order it but would like opinions. I can't imagine a Romero movie being not worth owning. Just curious.

Meh, I didn't like it because there weren't many zombies. The story-line was a bit messed up in parts too (like when Jason is standing RIGHT next to the zombie, but the zombie starts chasing after the girl from Texas who is MUCH farther away). Some of the acting is bad too, but not much.
I would give it a 3/5. If you like George Romero and you HAVE to collect his movies (such as I do) its worth buying, but maybe not right now. You should maybe wait until the price goes down a little (if your a penny pincher). If you just want a zombie movie and you really don't care if you get it or not, just rent it on Netflicks.com or your local movie rental store.

GET IT!!! It's a damn good movie. it's shot Blair Witch style, the characters are even film students.

See, I wasn't a big fan of Blair Witch. I think I'm gonna get it anyway (collector). Romero is one of my heroes. I'll buy anything he puts out really. Just wanted a little feedback. I think it would be bitchin' to be in one of his movies....
