A good melee and long rang weapon

melee: mini crowbar. good weapon as well as a tool.
long range:
two .22lr rifles and a heavily modified Mosin Nagant 91/30.
Marlin 925r- .22lr bolt action rifle with 4-16x40mm scope. accurate, low noise, no recoil, lots and lots of ammo around (about 78,000 rounds) Effective range is 250 meters, maximum 350 meters.
Voere (germany) - .22lr bolt action single shot rifle. will be heavily modified with a bullpup stock, laser sight (for night use) weaver-type rail of optics, and a special slip-on suppressor i designed (but not assembled). the current law only covers devices that can suppress a gun, not parts that can make a device to suppress a gun. this is for foraging or stealth use. and occasionally sniping. the original rifle with just ironsights is extremely accurate, with a hi power variable scope it could only be more accurate.
Mosin Nagant 91/30, I'd have several of them, one all-factory, nothing changed. my standard rifle.
one bullpup special- bullpup stock that i designed, optic mount, laser sight, threaded barrel with aftermarket .308 muzzle brake. compact long range firepower.
and one rifle with optics mount in place of the rear sight base, built in muzzle brake (of my own design), suppressor parts (only for use with pistol chamber adapters), and an under barrel 11 gauge "shotgun" for shooting other stuff, mostly signaling or similar.

I'd prefer to take refuge in a old turn of the century brick building than my current 70's build stick house. brick buildings are easier to be fortified and stronger in design. also craftsmanship and quality was so much better 80+ years ago. I'd modify the top story glass window to slide open when needed, I can just sit up there in relative comfort picking off zombies all day long.

SHOTGUNS-take a long time to reload but are powerful

RIFLES- long range ment for sniping but have a fast reloading time

MACHINE GUNS- run out of ammo very quickly but are great if ambushed

PISTOLS-not very powerful but are light meant for espionage (spying) and are normally used with a silencer

ROCKET LAUNCHERS- take out millions of zombies but u are SCREWED if a zombie is close up

GRENADES- explode and can be thrown down corridors but can be thrown back ricochet damage your ears or shoot shrapnel 

MOLTAV COCKTAIL-can be used for crowd control but can start a fire and kill you

FLAMETHROWER- those things can burn millions of zombies in seconds but are very dangerous and like the moltav it can start a fire

LEAD PIPE- they may be hard and long (ok stop laughing pervs) but splatter INFECTED blood everywhere

 

 

SHELTER- roofs can keep you away from zombies but can collapse and when its cold out you could get hypothermia and when its hot you can get heat stroke if you need to bathe if your adventerous enough go to a nearby lake or bathe in RAIN dont worry about being naked zombies hardly even know what it is

BEST WEAPONS-

1-sword

(dont stab only slice)

2-battle ax

3-maybe in some conditions a 10 yard or foot (you have to make it) spear

 

 

any type of car (not motercycle they are dangerous and zombies can grab you) will work

 

 

 

CONCLUSION

 

i would use a katana  live in a skyscraper at the top use a suv to get around and not use any guns thanks for reading
