Me and the rest of the United States army are holed up in the Rocky mountains in the Military's fallout shelter. The location may not be disclosed to the public, but we have control over the countries nukes and a fleet of tanks, land vehicles, and air vehicles.

Informing me that an area is clear of civilians, or the outbreak in one area is too dangerous, we will use one of the United State's nukes.

We have the capacity to rescue survivors via air and land.

Please, if we may help, tell us, and we will use the might of the remnants of the US army to end this outbreak. For good.

Note: I am the highest ranking official from the old US in the world still alive, so I require no clearance if I deem an area dangerous, to nuke it.

We are scrambling UAV's around the countries and dropping portable GPS systems if we find survivors. These GPS's Will give the locations of safe zones. We have already found one stocked with food and water, that is relatively safe from zombies. Here are the coordinates for the first safe zone.
