Anti-Zombie "Outbreak Omega" Training and Live Fire Shoot in Minnesota - Did anybody here go to this?

Not sure if someone has posted about this already, but I just discovered www.undeadreport.com and read this article on there.

Sounds like that would have been a blast. I was wondering if anyone here on Lost Zombies attended the event. If so, what was it like? I'd love to hear how it went. :)

Damn I wish I could have been able to go to that!
Wrong country for me but I know a couple of guys from the USN went and had an absolute ball.
So awesome! It looks like their doing more!
Maybe I can start one of those zombie shoots out here in New Mexico as a fundraiser for Iraq and Afghanistan War veterans and link it to Lost Zombies. We're here in Billy the Kid country and are a heavily armed state, might as well raise money for a good cause. If you have a Facebook account follow the links to alot of kewlness zombie Facebook sites like "World War Z the Movie" ; )
im going to be moving to AZ soon as i am done with this deployement i am on. i would definately make the drive for that
Glad to hear someone knows some people who went and had a good time. It sounds like it would have been so much fun. Even though I don't own a gun or know how to shoot (really gotta get myself a gun and learn how) it still probably would have be a really cool event to attend and would have been fun to watch the others. These are the scenarios I would have loved to have seen:

Up Close and Personal – A nearby farmhouse has been overrun with the undead, but it is full of ammo and supplies, so get a clearin’.

Anybody Home? – After walking the wilds of Central Minnesota for what seems to be an eternity, your small band of survivors has come across an abandoned house. Guess what? You drew the short straw and you get to make sure it’s clear before you stop for the night. Shotguns.

The Wooded Valley of Undeath – Guard duty in the forest with your shotgun.

Those sound like an ABSOLUTE BLAST. Actually, the whole event and all the scenarios sound fun, but I think those three would have been my favorite to see.
Oh, and to Bob Mares Photography, that sounds like a cool idea! :D
Went to a gun show yesterday and talked to some gun owners and retail stores about a fundraising shoot for our returning Iraq and Afghanistan veterans. We have alot of open space to shoot in New Mexico but it's just typical can and paper targets. It would be kinda cool to have a firepower demonstration from the Class III dealers at an event like this, and to let groups of gun owners fire at a mass attack, at the same time. Maybe have some gun/equipment vendors and music, hosted by Task Force Amazon girls.

Even found some Osombie Bin Laden targets, and maybe I can get a price break since it's a fundraiser for vets ; )

Task Force Amazon
I hope you can really get that set up, Bob Mares Photography, cause that would be awesome. A fundraiser for vets would be nice. I know I wouldn't be able to go, but I just love that people actually hold these zombie shooting events and I would hope to see everyone go out and have a good time. As well as get in some training! Hehe.

And LOL at the Osombie Bin Laden targets! Haha.
Aw crap... this was the day after my birthday... had i known i would have gone....
Yeah, doesn't seem like they really gave people enough notice in time for this event. I bet a lot more people would have gone had it been posted earlier.
Why they don't do something like that here? =(
