Back up or just backed up? What do you do with party members who have no skills and offer no help?

So its survival. For those of us who have been in life threatening situations we realize not everyone is a smooth criminal. Some people suffer from panic disorders, mental disorders or just plain scared stiff!
What do you do when your life depends on a survival party, and some members are getting you backed up rather than supporting back up? Is it like survivor? vote to kick em off the island? or is it marshal law, if you dont pull your weight, your dead weight! If you arent helping your hindering...how do you handle the dead weights?

2 words. Ka-pow.
I think you do the best you can to keep them safe. Who knows maybe once you set camp or establish a place for you and your group to hold up for awhile they have a skill that will later save your ass
there is no place in a survival group for people who do not pull thire own weight, if they dont want to help out then there is but two options for people like that!!! option 1 the boot, you tell them that they have 10 minutes to gather as much gear as they can carry and get the hell out. option2 you do it the old school way and call them to the back of a building and from there on i guess you no what happens next. BANG!!!!! no more problems.
I like to think of it in terms of Predator the movie-

Mac:[to Dillon] You're ghostin' us, motherfucker. I don't care who you are back in the world, you give away our position one more time, I'll bleed ya, real quiet. Leave ya here. Got that?
Good quote! I agree
Carry your weight or your dead weight. no need in risking your life for someone else who might just let themselves be killed.
Let me start off by saying that I am back and forth on wether a group is a good idea or not, and I would probably either just stick it out on my own or travel with a very small (1-2 other people), hardcorps group. But to humur you question: I personally think that I give people too much slack and that I would probably tolerate people who are a hendrance to the group, that is to say unless they were a direct threat to any of the other members, in which case I have a handi little silenced .22 that would take care of that problem real quick.
bait...let me finish, the most worthless people are the ones that are usually walking around town enough to have a mile ran down in six minutes or more, so have them as decoy to draw the zeds away...and if they arent that fast oh well...not like they told me or anything......
i would give those people a 2nd chance, such as cooking or food collection. I understand not everyone can shoot another person in self defense, some people can't even use a gun. So I would give them a 2nd chance to prove their worth in an area more suited to their abilities, if they still screw up they're out.
tell them if they dont pull their weight then youll leave them and if they dont believe then when they are asleep leave them and follow them for a few days to see how they handle it. it maybe mean but its what you need to do to survive. either that or if your getting chased push their asses down and leave them, theyd be good for that purpose. sorry but its life. either prove you want to live or die, just dont waste your bullets.
until they get into enough trouble that you didn't see the zed coming for ya from behind.....
No help, no skills and just dead weight. Ah dude, we set a trap and use that guy for the bait.(If he wants to or not, he's gonna!!!) Every one can help in oneway or another...
