Can the means of those undead evolve ?

Think about it,most games i playare zombie shooter ups (Warcraft 3 Frozen throne)

Just think about it can they eolve?
In time i sure think they could
Or just get smarter

I also think that it is the virus that mutates the human body is just a host for the parasite.  Each new mutation of the virus strain could start to eliminate some of the earlier versions weaknessess ie. speed, intelligence, etc.

Evolution takes place over many generations.  Since zombies can't reproduce, (I don't even want to envision the process) they can't really evolve.  It would be the virus evolving to better assimilate the host.

Agreed the virus mutates, the body is just a vessel.
