From what i learned from all the years of mindlessly watching zombie horror films, reading zombie apocalypse inspired books and playing those brain-blasting zombie video games that we all know and love; A human can love the Undead, until their Undead counterpart wants to take the relationship to the "next level".

But what i want to know is "Can A Human and one of the Undead actually Love eachother as when the Undead was still alive?"

I know many of us who have at first-hand witnessed a loved one turn, would most likely argue that they are still the same or try and protect the now Undead. I personally made that same mistake a long time ago, but i was one of the lucky ones who survived and have now learned from my foolish mistake. I do now realize after witnessing a very close friend become one of "them" that most people want to die before they even turn. Most people can't and refuse to imagine themselves as something so blood-thirsty and vicious because they don't want to hurt their loved ones while Undead.

NO
Reasoning?
They are dead. You might love what they once were but they are not that anymore.
Oh, ok Thankyou for that. Some/Most people would say no because they are "zombie killing" crazed and don't care who or what they kill, but i agree with your reasoning.
Some people can't reason once they pull thier head away from the video game.
I would say the answer is a resounding "No".  A hickey becomes a whole different issue when that Hickey becomes a large chunk of flesh being drawn into the non-functioning digestive tract of a zombie...

This happens in Return of the Living Dead 3. She's pretty damn hot, too.

Also, if someone were to have some freak mutation with the virus then it might be possible.

"Can A Human and one of the Undead actually Love eachother as when the Undead was still alive?" NO cos the undead don't have emotions and any memory they do have is likely to be that of reflex/muscle memory..

HOWEVER Can A Human Love an Undead?  Well then unrequited love is and always will be a bitch.  Yes they can love an undead much to their own pain and disappointment..

infact one of the scenarios for final submissions is "shoot a video showing how somethimes the living are worse than the undead"...  How about a really sick minded individual whose unrequited love situation results in him trying to rape his now undead wife/gf.   Would be an awesome submission if it could be done tastefuly...

I look at something like this just like if someone had a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) or more likely if it would come to that to either choose to live with the undead or to literally pull the plug. I would do the same favor if it came to it, put them out of their misery, send them on their way to their maker, afterlife, or whatever.

This might be a such a touchie subject but it every one of us will have to decide to go one or stay back, thus slowing the rest of us down.

I choose to move on and live.

This has been addressed in Return of the Living Dead 3, Michael is right but i don't think most modern zombie fans would have seen it. More recently in the terrible remake of Day of the Dead, Bud(they even got the name wrong the character in the original was Bub) seems to have an attachment to Mena Sauvari. Also in Shaun of the Dead, Ed is kept in the shed so the bro-mance can continue.
The best example though is in the original Day of the Dead where Bub has a genuine attachment to Doctor Logan and even gets emotional when Rhodes kills him. He also doesn't want to eat him, although Logan does feed him regularly and has been training him for months so its more a pet/master thing.

wait wait wait.. theres a day of the dead remake??  when did this happen... man where have i been?  is it really terrible.. and i'm pretty sure the dudes name is Bob but in an american accent it sounds like bub... or bahb... LOL
