Chat Functionality
Would you be able to modify the chat window to change the width of the website so it is easier to chat and browse around simultaneously? Or maybe just have it spread across the full width of the page along the bottom?

This request is a little bit tricky. The best I can do is provide a dedicated page to chat. I hope this helps.
