Choose two and only two.

If you had to choose two weapons from the following categories, witch two would it be?
Gun categories: shot guns, sniper rifles, pistols( two), or a smg.
Melee weapons: katanas, broad sword, clubs, knuckledusters/ trench knives, spears, or an axe.
Witch two would it be?
Mine would be two trench knives, and two pistols. I'm good at close range, not that good with sniping. Also, ammo for you average magnum is easy to find.

I guess if I had only those options, and cant pick a full assault rifle my choice are as follows for these reasons.

 

Heckler Koch UMP it comes in .40 SW, or 45 ACP. I'll take it in .40 SW. It goes along with my next choice, and means I would only need to carry one round. It has effective range of 55 yards, which keeps me far enough away from walkers.

 

Smith and Wesson M&P .40, or my Sig Sauer p226 in .40 caliber. Good effective ranges on both, hits hard and will take down a zed even if I catch leg shots that will leave them crawling rather than walking or running.

 

I dont like melee weapons I think their a good way to get yourself killed, but I guess I would choose the spear, or axe. The spear would give me a little bit of distance between myself, and zeds. The axe would come in handy for a lot of other reasons. Building shelter, or entry tool for a house. Although I think if I had the choice I would rather have a nice pry bar with wth a solid flat block welded to the end close to the curve. Works like a hammer, great for entry or building a shelter. If I absolutely have to I can crack skulls with it, but I think it comes down to that I'll save my last bullet for myself.

M&P15 with L3EOTech HWS, soon too be with the EOT 3x Magnifier optics. Engaging at close too moderate ranges. As well as the fire axe, now that is a piece of work right there! Mutiple tools in one, as well as a bludgeon or chopping weapon.
