GETTING READY FOR FINAL SUBMISSIONS... We're gonna finish this thing!

KEY CONTRIBUTORS GROUP

 

THERE IS A LIST YOU CAN ADD YOUR NAME TO IF YOU'D LIKE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PROJECT LOCATED HERE

 

 

We're looking for 10 to 20 members to contribute some specific scenarios for the Lost Zombies film. We are planning to choose these people, if you think you might be interested, respond to this thread or send me a message. 

 

If we invite you to contribute, the following will happen....

  • You'll receive a package in the mail that will contain instructions for what we want you to do. Each package will be a little bit unique. 
  • You may receive equipment to help you complete your assignment... For example a camera. 
  • Your assignment will be specific to your skill set. For example if you are good at shooting videos you'll be asked to shoot some specific scenarios. If you are good at makeup you may be asked to create some zombie bites and shoot some pictures. If you are a sound effects person we may ask  you for some sounds. 
  • Your instructions will be open ended, allowing you to make your own creative decisions on how to complete the assignment. 
  • Your submission will likely be a major part of the film, but there's no guarantee we'll use your submissions.
  • You will get to keep anything we send you.
  • We don't know what else you'll get for submitting. At this point we don't know if the film will be released theatrically or for free through a creative commons license.
  • We will never use your submissions with out your permission.
  • WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. 
  • We will choose these people over the next few weeks. 
  • We have an idea of who we want to invite, but if you want to be considered post here or message me.

Hi! I'm from Croatia and I always wanted to show how a zombie outbreak would look like here. I can post a short video in about a week or so,where you can see our skills in filmmaking (music,acting,etc.) and we saw your announcement and we are very excited (we have high hopes xD ). Just one question: does it have to be in english or it can be in other languages and then subtitled? English is no problem,just asking out of curiosity :) Thnx for taking the time reading this :) If you got any questions ( no they don't Tommy,... Shut up you :P) or requests just ask and demand and I'll do my best to make them happen :D Thnx once again :)

Some of our German members asked this a few years ago. You can absolutely record in your own language if you wish, if anything it helps portray the infection on a global scale. II would think most of the time it would show a lot more realism also.

Not going to lie, having a piece of footage to see how people perform will be very helpful when selecting. It doesn't have to be long or full of special effects though. Any of the old contests are good starting points for ideas.
