go to your page a click on the pic of the lz that will take you to you settings page, which you can also get to by clicking the setting in the top right bar right under friends. there will be a pic of the stock photo and then click on the browse button right under the words "Upload a new photo (GIF, JPG or PNG; limit 10MB)" then just add a pic from your computer simple.
