how do you zombie proof your house?

What would be the smartest things to have about your home that wuld keep the livving dead out, i mena i allways thought like high windows, and easy exits, but im just not sure

I would put steel bars on the windows, get some heavy steel doors with the slots like you see on TV ("What's the password?"), and reinforce the outer walls with sheet metal. Maybe put some metal bars in the door frames for extra support.
