I'm sure about 90% of you have seen Shaun of the Dead, zombies usually go after someone that is running from them, screaming, shooting..... but say if you could act just like them, do you think that you could get away with it?
In some other blogs I've read that some people think that zombies rely on their sense of smell to find a survivor. Others say they use their senses of sight and hearing, what do you think?
Zombie senses are dulled somewhat. Smell rules all. We smell "fresh". unless we kill that new meat smell they will always be able to tell us apart. This all depends on the zombies to. The "smart" Romero Zeds won't be fooled.
The Autumn series is simply amazing. It has a bit of a different take on zombies, the books are very well written and there are so many different scenarios that happen in it that people haven't seen in movies or read in other books, it's quite amazing... and you can quite easily get attached to the characters. If you get a chance you should go on amazon.com and type in Autumn, the author is David Moody, and take a look, or even read a few pages. The series as of right now has 4 books, which go in the order of Autumn, Autumn:the city, Autumn Purification, and Autumn: The Human Condition. All which are amazing, and he is writing a fifth. I'll write the back cover on here for you to have a look.......
In less than twenty-four hours a vicious and virulent disease destroys virtually all of the population. Billions are killed. Thousands die every second.
There are no symptoms and no warnings. Within moments of infection each victim suffers a violent and agonizing death. Only a handful of survivors remain. By the end of the first day those survivors wish they were dead.
I did just look on Amazon.com and the price has defiantly risen.. i have no idea why... i bought my books for about $10 each off amazon last year, they are now up to $35 to $200...
