I read about this.....I would think its the smell....because zombies search for fresh meat.
Zombies are dead, they are no more attracted to other zombies as they are to rocks or cars. Which is why they bump into each other just as they bump into walls or other objects.

They have no group consciousness either, they just end up in groups as they individually drawn to the same prey.
A dead body can't smell. Zombies don't acknowledge each other or "High 5".

Whatever makes them go after live bodies (electrical impulses from our brains, faster moving targets or motion in general, etc) has nothing to do with Zombies telling Zombies apart. They don't recognize each other.

If that were the case, you'd see Zombie families gathering for snacks in the park.
Laz is right, if a zombie bumped into a zombie it would be like one of us bumping into another person, excpet i dont think zombies would say sorry......i dont think....
They seem to not actually know that other zombies exist other than fallowing the moans that tell of fresh food. I think it's more how the notice people. Theory's suggest that it's because of the smell of all of the consumer products we use. Another would be the way we move...
Who dragged this up? December 2008? I mean seriously?
Seriously...
lololo...
We all know Zombies tell each other by the marks they gave each other.....
