Zombies have a different physiology than humans. Many of their abilities point to the fact that they no longer follow the same rules as the living.
How would a Zombie be effected by a Taser?
Would it just stiffen up while the voltage stimulated the remaining Muscles, only to show no adverse effects once the charge stopped?
Or would it be incopassatated for a short time after?
I believe this is a good question. Technically speaking, an electrical current would still cause the zombies muscles to seize up, and if the charge is high enough and long enough, it could cook the muscle. therefore futher limiting the bodies ability to move. But if you've got a tazer gun, 50,000 volts for 5 seconds is only going to buy you 5 seconds. they don't register pain.
