I'll hunt them if it means my survival (clear out a shelter or area) or if I join a large militia type group who is dedicated to exterminating the flesheaters. Otherwise, I'll be a sneaky snake, and that means hiding and running more than fighting.

I would be both.  I need to survive, but in order to do so I need to hunt down all the zombies near where I settle.
