i remember.....

back when the shit hit the fans.... i was just screwing around on the internet with my tv on, when there was a breaking news bulletin. i thought it was just another test and continued about my business when they started to play a newsreel of a city on fire, and strange shadows lurking in the background.... the news report also mentioned that California, japan, and several other countries where being quarantined due to a strange infection. the newscaster  also mentioned something i thought was never to come true. the dead were rising from their graves, but... they weren't normal zombies, they maintained a higher degree of intelligence, they couldn't use guns, but they were doing what i can only describe as weaponizing themselves, their flesh was torn off from their limbs and the bones protruding out were ground against any hard surface they could find, and they used them with frightening ability. there was a     picture someone had of one, digging through their garbage. the picture was of a man with half of his flesh rotted off, half of his arm was some form of jagged mess... and its eyes. it had none. ill spare the more graphic details, at first i thought to myself "better go tell the others, get a group together in-case it gets worse and finds its way here." the CDC was issuing "survival kits" which were nothing more then a informational packet and a experimental drug that could supposedly stave off infection if gotten into your system early enough. surprise surprise, it worked but it made you puke.  shortly after the CDC issued these, large batches of the new drugs where stolen by gangs and others. that wasn't my problem though....
