If zombies attacked at THIS VERY MOMENT, what would you do?
You're sitting at your computer, reading this message on Lost Zombies when suddenly a zombie bursts into the room you're in RIGHT NOW.
Are you far away enough from the door? Are your supposed anti-zombie weapons in your hands at THIS EXACT SECOND?
Please explain how you would fight off that zombie if it ran in right now. And in accordance to the whole "this zombie, that zombie", I'm just going to tell you that it is a headshot-only runner that has all its limbs intact. Scratches and bites are fatal.
Personally, I would be screwed. I'm sitting 3 feet from my bedroom door. If it burst in right now, I would fall off my chair and try to kill it with my laptop. Yeah, I don't think I'll get far.
It'll be awesome if some of you are at a coffee shop or a bar away from home. That'll be interesting.

Maybe he's thinking about stabbing the zombie in the head, which is still pretty risky. That's what I'd do with a knife or knife-like instrument, though I prefer guns or longer blades/blunt instruments because they allow you to kill the zombie from more of a distance. Up-close and personal kills have a higher risk of bites, scratches, splatter infections and other injures.
Decapitations are more for swords, mainly because they allow you to cut from more of a distance and apply more force at once. The neck is pretty close to the mouth, which is a place you want to be as far away as possible from.

I am in a mech shelter so I am fairly safe for the initial moments. There is a humvee near my shelter I can take to get out of the AO. Only thing that sucks is that I only have an axe handy for a weapon. That being said I am sure I can get my hands on better weapons as I make a break out of the camp.

For me it depends thru which door it cames, but if it would came burst in thry the kitchen door then I am screwed. And so are my parents. But I would try to dodge it to make it to the kitchen, to grab a knife and stab the Zed in the head. And I guess that if I need, I would have to kill one of my parents. =\

im home about 40 feet from the door (lucky me but this is the path as it will have to go around the giant couch) and then the zombie bursts in the door and i will just pick up the pen next to me stab it in the forehead then run for my stash of zombie weapons and kill it from there. am i the only one who lived supposedly oh and scratch the pen grab i just run for my stash because zombies are slow.

It depends on what door. I'm ten feet from my back door, fifteen from garage, and twenty from front. I would most likely beat it with my Rock Band drum kit if it came in the garage ot back. I'd grab a knife from my kitchen if from the front.
