Zombies no, no way in hell, think of it how could being dead give you super powers in anyway, shape, or form?

It's not the being dead part that gives zombies "super powers", as you call them, it is the virus' effect on the cells before death that leads to those changes. Also, the examples from Left 4 Dead are extreme examples, ones meant not to predict but to entertain. In real life, mutations would probably be more subtle and not really noticeable except by comparison. But they would almost undoubtably be there, just due to the enormous genetic variation in the human population.

It would depend on wither it is a traditional dead brought back to semi-concius state sceanario, if this were the case then probably not because the reanimated dead would have less physical power than they did while alive, however if the virus was man made or did not actually kill the host it is possible that mutation could occure if this were the case I doubt that you'd get a witch or tank, but it is possible to see something like a subject with high immune system being more dexterus or swelling over certain parts of the body, hopefully not the brain God help us.

I think there will be all kinds of zombies. not mutated zombies but fast, slow, smart, dumb, weak, strong, orientated, disorientated, hungry, depressed, horny, angry and a wide range of other defects, due to the unpredictability of the virus and its re-animation process.
