With all of the great submissions over the last couple of years I'm wondering if any of you have any funny stories or incidents that happened while you were creating your submissions.  I'll start off with a couple of my own.

On my first submission, "Safe House", I trashed the guest room to give it that unique post-z pocalypse look.  The wife came home to find me in camos and the room totally destroyed with gear and random household items strewn all over. She was none too pleased and it took a couple of days to get the room back in order.

On the Pharmaceutical Exec Extraction video I filmed most of the footage on an unused section of base.  Again, I was in camos, running between buildings, and shouting orders to non-existant people.  I was stopped by civilian security patrol and had a lot of explaining to do.  Unbeknownst to me, filming in that area was prohibited.  Luckily, they didn't confiscate my tapes as long as I left most ricky tick.

To get audio for my radio transmissions on an upcoming video, I put a recorder next to a 2 way radio and went into the next room and spoke the lines into another radio.  I keyed the mike and said something along the lines of, "This is Alpha One Six.  Be advised zombies have breached the perimeter!  They're swarming the main concourse and coming through terminal bravo!  How copy?"

The speaker on my radio keyed once and then someone replied, "Copy your last.  Now what the *bleep* are you talking about?"  Apparently someone was on the same freq and same privacy code I was on!

Ok, what stories do the rest of you have?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! That's refreshing.
I was filming yesterday and we were using a wireless mic..... The person that was doing the acting was thrashing about on the ground and we didn't realize the receiver got unplugged... Not really funny, but it made for an interesting day when we realized we didn't have audio on anything we shot after his "fit".
