Humm... That could be read two different ways I suppose... when you say "men" are you referring to the living? or the living dead?

See... if "men" means the living dead, then sure, zombies are perfect that way... no fighting or bickering or racism or terrorism... etc... yup... fall into the mindless dinner line... no thanks, I'll pass...

If "men" means the living... well... comradery maybe only untill you have something that someone else wants... then they'll kill you for it... I bet that if there were only two living people left amongst the horde, one would gladly strangle the other for the last can of food... unless of course the other had the only gun... comradery is an illusion, most LIVING people want to stay that way, living... when it comes down to the wire, at anyones expense. Survival is basic... primal. doesn't matter if there are 4 billion of us, or 40. Living people argue, fight, steal and kill... anything else would be waaaay boring. ... I think I'll hang with the living... at least till ya'll get on my nerves :)

It always amuses me, when the shit hits the fan our first impulse is to look out for ourselves. and rightly so. many times we do not realize the our own importance to humanity. not until we find ourselves alone and in trouble do we then understand. In a world gone wrong trust will be more difficult to establish than a mother trusting her child with a catholic priest. But in an undead world, where the dead may very well outnumber the living, unity will eventually come. living or dead, we will be united.

its not until we begin re-building, establishing boundaries, possessions, moving forward, creating governments, test labs, more deadlier virus... sigh. are we destined to repeat ourselves till the last orb of life fades from this distant globe in space?
