The National Geograpic magazine says the Zombie Virus is quite possible, and would likely to be a Rabies-Flu Hybrid.

even for a zombie website, that is a rather creepy thing to say. You would sacrifice billions of people just to fix some current problems. Not to mention create an unimaginable horror.
hey Manish...four countries *excluding Russia* have strains of polio, one is only assumed, and Russia is the only one thats not threatening us......

Oh really, who else?

Sweet baby jesus that's a lot...
HAH! see this is what i thought!
Fort  This Scenario i got put one word to explain it NWO =P
NWO is not one word...unless your misspelling NO

ZING!

I think this is might get real and no one knows what on earth the governments would do in order to prospering their ruling power and to multiplying the supplies of human primary needs which are now days become decreasingly out of amounts to the increasingly booming large numbers of the density of human populations ...  So, if the governments are failed to overcome this issues then ... it'll be chaos and large disturbance of unrest riots all over the place !  And then, suddenly everything is uncontrolled - an outbreak occurs ...  Welcome Z-poc !   We'd back to year zero !   Huuufffttt !
many research conducts hybrid viruses in attempts to weaken a viral chain, as to find a potental cure.  Why any country would weaponize it, simply put... for a shift in power.  I dont think they (empowered countries) would release a virus into population just to resolve supply and demand.  Thats what wars are good for, population control.  Also Mother Nature could always tip the scale in her favor, not just the science of man...
I can't see any country releasing this virus on purpose. There's no reason to risk destroying the entire world just to wipe out an opposing super power. If you really think anyone would do that look back to the cold war, there were more than enough nukes to blow everything apart, but it never happened because the risks were too great. I think it's the same thing with this, the possibility is there and the only people that can use it properly are sane enough to know it's too big a risk, those who can't use it properly are the only ones crazy enough to want to use it.
Yeah, but some countries might use a simple version of the virus in biochemical warfare if they have the antidote, but then the virus could mutate and become much worse.
