Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddlers Green, I worked on this game.
Alone in the Dark 5, I also worked on this game.
Sorry neither of these games were very good...the developers were candy asses.

Fort Zombie
Survival Crisis Z

Dead Island, release date is sometime this year.

Also, there are a lot of zombie mods for PC games like half life/counter-strike.
