Places to film: Cairo, Illinois.

I think Cairo would be worth checking out.  A medium sized town in southern Illinois, once populated by around 20,000 people, the population has shrunk to around 3,000.  There are many abandoned buildings about,  The only reason I'm not doing this is for budget reasons.  If only someone else could make it there...
